Product Manager

Hipp Health

This Product Manager role involves building an AI operating system for ambulatory healthcare practices. You will manage core workflows like revenue cycle management and clinical tools to streamline practice operations.

What you’d own

  • Product strategy, scope, and roadmap for specific product areas
  • Discovery with healthcare practices to identify user pain points
  • Analysis of usage patterns and success metrics
  • Development of AI agents and workflow automation

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 5+ years of experience in healthtech or enterprise SaaS
  • You possess strong UX sensibility and product instincts
  • You are comfortable navigating complex systems and ambiguity
  • You have experience shipping products in cross-functional environments

Not for you if…

  • You prefer a highly structured environment with clear, pre-defined tasks
  • You prefer working on consumer-facing apps rather than complex enterprise workflows
  • You lack the technical depth to handle healthcare interoperability or AI integration

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'founding team' and 'growing product team' implies you will be expected to help establish foundational processes from scratch.
  • A 'bias toward action' in a 'fast-paced' environment suggests a high-velocity execution style with less emphasis on long-term planning cycles.

About Hipp Health

Hipp Health builds an AI-native platform for running behavioral health practices, with an initial focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers who serve patients in clinics, homes, and the field. It bundles care management, scheduling, real-time data collection, AI-assisted clinical notes calibrated to payer requirements, live session streaming for supervising clinicians, and compliant billing into one system, aiming to cut the administrative load that eats into provider time and drives burnout. The product sells to practice owners, clinicians, and admins on a HIPAA-compliant foundation. Founded by alumni of Workday, Pipe, and Uber, the company is early stage and building out its San Francisco team, which makes it a place where a PM could shape a young product in a heavily regulated, underserved corner of healthcare.
