Why Remote PM Jobs exists

In 2021, I landed my first remote product manager job. It changed my life. For the first time, I was working from a space that actually felt like mine, with the flexibility to shape my own day, and I was more focused and productive than I’d ever been. I loved remote work even more when I had kids — it gave me back hours I would’ve otherwise spent commuting, and I got to spend them with my family instead.

The goal of Remote PM Jobs is to help YOU find the same type of remote product manager position. Remote positions are definitely on the decline since their height in the early 2020s, but some of the best companies are still remote-first, and will stay that way.

I’ve handpicked the companies on this site after manually verifying that they are either remote-friendly (i.e. majority of the workforce is remote) or remote-first (i.e. all of the workforce is remote). No more digging through LinkedIn’s broken remote filters.

How it works

Every day, an automated script checks the career pages of a curated list of companies by pulling directly from their applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and others). Each listing links directly to the original source.

Filters like seniority, product area, salary, and remote type are extracted using AI enrichment to make the board more useful for filtering and scanning. They may not always be perfectly accurate, so when in doubt, check the original posting.

A role stays on the board as long as it appears in the company’s ATS feed. Some postings stay open for months, so older listings are not necessarily stale — the company is still actively hiring for them. Once a role disappears from the source feed, we remove it from the board.

Who runs it

Remote PM Jobs is run by me, Becky Schmidt, a Senior Product Manager at a B2B SaaS startup.

This board is built for product managers who care about role quality, remote flexibility, and being able to filter the market in a more useful way than most general-purpose job boards allow.

You can find me on LinkedIn.

How do I get my company added to the board?

Email beckyschmidt0622@gmail.com with the company name and a link to where the company publishes its open roles. The catalog is curated, so additions happen on a case-by-case basis after a quick check that the company actually hires remote PMs.
