Why Remote PM Jobs exists

Remote PM Jobs is a curated jobs board for remote-first product roles. I built it because the boards I was checking mixed remote and non-remote listings together, and too many of them felt noisy, low-quality, or stale.

The goal is straightforward: make it easier for product managers to find genuinely good remote roles without checking dozens of company career pages one by one.

The companies on this board are manually curated. Listings are pulled directly from the original applicant tracking systems, and every job links back to the source posting.

How it works

Every day, Remote PM Jobs checks the career pages of a curated list of companies by pulling directly from their applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and others). Each listing links to the original source — we never host our own apply flow.

Filters like seniority, product area, salary, and remote type are extracted using AI enrichment to make the board more useful for filtering and scanning. They may not always be perfectly accurate, so when in doubt, check the original posting.

A role stays on the board as long as it appears in the company’s ATS feed. Some postings stay open for months, so older listings are not necessarily stale — the company is still actively hiring for them. Once a role disappears from the source feed, we remove it from the board.

Who runs it

Remote PM Jobs is run by Becky Schmidt, a Senior Product Manager at a B2B SaaS startup.

This board is built for product managers who care about role quality, remote flexibility, and being able to filter the market in a more useful way than most general-purpose job boards allow.

You can find Becky on LinkedIn.

What gets included

Companies must be remote-first or explicitly hire remote product managers. If a company has offices, the product roles listed here still need to be clearly remote.

The emphasis is on high-quality product roles pulled from the source, not mass aggregation or reposted listings.
