Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Remote PM Jobs collects when you use the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. Last updated 17 September 2026.

Usage information. When you visit, we collect basic information about how the site is used — the pages you view, the site or search engine you arrived from, and general details about your browser and device. Most of this is collected in a form that does not identify you.

Information you give us. If you sign up for job alerts, we collect your email address. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, sensitive information.

We use it to operate and improve the site — to understand which roles and pages are useful, to fix problems, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to reply to you. We do not sell your information.

Some cookies are necessary for the site to work and to remember your privacy choice. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent, and where consent is required they are off until you give it. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies at any time.

Change your privacy preferences — you can do this at any time, from here or from the footer of any page.

We share information with the service providers who help us run the site — hosting, analytics, and the platform that sends our newsletter — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Job listings link to the employer’s own site. Once you follow one, that company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
