Product Owner, CIS

SpryPoint

This Product Manager role focuses on an enterprise utility management platform. You will manage the CIS product line, balancing internal development cycles with external customer requirements in a B2B environment.

What you’d own

  • CIS product feature discovery and roadmap refinement
  • SCRUM sprint cycle support and delivery coordination
  • Customer success feedback loops and trend analysis
  • Sales support for RFPs and SOW documentation

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have experience in B2B enterprise products
  • You are comfortable with high-frequency context switching
  • You enjoy translating customer needs into technical requirements
  • You have a background in system design and analysis

Not for you if…

  • You prefer a slow-paced, stable environment without shifting priorities
  • You want to avoid direct involvement in sales support or RFPs
  • You prefer pure product discovery over execution and sprint management

Reading between the lines

  • The requirement to support 'quotable development work' and 'RFPs' suggests a heavy overlap between product management and pre-sales/solutions engineering.
  • The mention of 'service delivery' and 'customer transition timelines' implies you will be managing the friction between custom customer requests and standard product roadmaps.
