- ✓You have 5+ years of experience in lending, mortgage, or fintech.
- ✓You have delivered products specifically for underwriters, risk teams, or financial institutions.
- ✓You are comfortable running user testing and A/B experiments to drive product decisions.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer high-level strategy over execution-focused delivery of specific features.
- ✗You lack experience with complex income verification or loan origination workflows.
- ✗You prefer a slow, methodical pace rather than a fast-paced startup environment.
Reading between the lines
- The emphasis on 'execution-focused' and 'fast-paced environments' suggests you will be expected to manage high-pressure deadlines and competing priorities.
- The requirement to 'synthesize' requirements from multiple stakeholders implies a complex, matrixed stakeholder environment.
