Staff Product Manager - Freight/Logistics Intelligence (Open to Remote)

TBK Bank

This Staff Product Manager role focuses on building data-driven intelligence products for the freight and logistics industry. You will lead high-impact initiatives to provide network-level insights for brokers, carriers, and shippers.

What you’d own

  • Full product lifecycle from discovery to launch
  • Product vision and strategy alignment
  • Intelligence products using market data
  • Mentoring the product team

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 7+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a senior/staff role
  • You have deep domain expertise in Logistics, Transportation, or Data/Analytics
  • You are comfortable influencing executives and mentoring other product managers
  • You have a technical background and understand agile development processes

Not for you if…

  • You prefer to work in a silo without cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing
  • You are looking for a role without leadership or mentoring responsibilities
  • You lack experience in B2B/B2C product launches

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'influencing key stakeholders including executives' implies you will need to navigate significant organizational complexity and internal politics.
  • The requirement for 'identifying new product opportunities' suggests a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for the long-term roadmap, not just executing a pre-defined backlog.
