Product Manager – Customer Data
Rhythm EnergyThis Product Manager role focuses on data as a core product capability within the renewable energy industry. You will manage how customer data is modeled and activated to drive business outcomes.
What you’d own
- Customer data roadmap and requirements
- Data-powered capabilities like segmentation and churn analysis
- Cross-functional data initiatives for Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Internal data systems and customer-facing features
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 3+ years of experience in data products or analytics-heavy roles
- ✓You are proficient in SQL and comfortable working directly with data platforms
- ✓You excel at stakeholder management across competing priorities
- ✓You enjoy defining structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer owning a single, isolated product rather than cross-functional systems
- ✗You prefer a highly structured environment with pre-defined processes
- ✗You are looking for a role without heavy technical data/SQL involvement
Reading between the lines
- The phrase 'won't own a single isolated product' implies you will be managing complex, overlapping dependencies across many internal teams.
- The requirement to 'define structure and processes' in ambiguous environments suggests the current data infrastructure or workflows may be unorganized.
