Product Manager
PAR TechnologyThis Product Manager role focuses on data and advertising integrations within a marketing technology ecosystem. You will manage the technical and commercial lifecycle of third-party connections to drive identity resolution.
What you’d own
- Third-party data and advertising integration roadmap
- End-to-end lifecycle for partners like LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, and Meta
- Technical requirements and data quality for engineering teams
- Internal expert role for sales and customer success on partner capabilities
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 3–5 years of experience in data, adtech, or martech products.
- ✓You are comfortable reading API documentation and working with data schemas.
- ✓You have a track record of managing both technical specs and commercial partner relationships.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer to focus solely on internal product features rather than external partner integrations.
- ✗You prefer to avoid the 'commercial' side of products like contract scoping or joint roadmaps.
- ✗You are uncomfortable working in a role that explicitly requires using AI tools for research and documentation.
Reading between the lines
- The requirement to be an 'internal expert' for sales and marketing suggests you will need to be highly proactive in cross-functional communication.
- The mention of 'fast-moving environment' and 'monitoring/iteration' implies a high pace of execution for integration updates.

Position Description:
Bridg is looking for a Product Manager, Integrations to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our third-party data and advertising integrations — the connective tissue that puts Bridg's identity resolution to work across the marketing ecosystem. You will manage technical integrations with partners such as LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, and Meta, and act as the product owner for those partnerships end to end: evaluating and scoping new connections, shipping and maintaining them, and nurturing the ongoing technical and commercial relationship with each provider. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and business development, you will translate partner capabilities and customer needs into integrations that expand the reach and value of Bridg's data. This is a fully remote role for someone equally comfortable in an API spec and in a partner business review.
Position Location:
Remote (United States)
Reports To:
Director of Product Management
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with data, adtech/martech, platform, or integration-focused products.
- Demonstrated experience delivering third-party or API-based integrations, and comfort reading and reasoning about API documentation, data schemas, and integration specs.
- Working knowledge of the identity, data, and advertising ecosystem — data onboarding, audience activation, clean rooms, DSPs, and walled gardens such as LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, and Meta.
- Strong partner- and stakeholder-management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across external partners and internal engineering, data, sales, and business development teams.
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, prioritize a roadmap, and drive it to delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to move fluidly between a technical scoping call and a commercial partnership conversation.
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with identity resolution, first-party data strategy, retail media, or customer data platforms.
- Experience managing the commercial side of partnerships — scoping agreements, co-marketing, joint roadmaps, or partner-facing SLAs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or working directly with large datasets to validate integration quality and match rates.
- Prior experience in retail, CPG, or adtech/martech SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
- Own the product roadmap for Bridg's third-party integrations, prioritizing new connections and enhancements based on customer demand, partner capabilities, and business impact.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations with partners such as LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, Google, and Meta — from discovery and scoping through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Serve as the primary product owner and day-to-day point of contact for these partnerships, managing both the technical and the commercial relationship with each provider.
- Partner closely with engineering and data teams to define requirements, resolve technical and data-quality issues, and ship reliable, well-documented integrations.
- Evaluate prospective partners and new activation channels, building the business case and technical assessment for whether and how to integrate.
- Define and track success metrics for each integration — adoption, match rates, data quality, and revenue impact — and use them to guide investment.
- Act as the internal expert on partner capabilities, enabling sales, customer success, and marketing to position and sell integrated offerings.
AI Integration (FY2026 Requirement — All Roles):
Beginning in FY2026, all roles at PAR Technology are expected to incorporate AI into day-to-day responsibilities. For this role, that includes:
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate integration delivery and partner research — for example, drafting and reviewing integration specs, summarizing partner API documentation, and analyzing data-quality and match-rate results to speed decision-making.

About PAR Technology
See all roles →PAR Technology builds restaurant and convenience-store operating software, unifying point-of-sale, loyalty, online ordering, payments, and back-office tools for multi-unit operators. Its customers are enterprise brands like Arby's, Zaxby's, and Carl's Jr., along with 200-plus chains running thousands of locations on PAR hardware and cloud POS. The company recently layered PAR Intelligence, an agentic system that acts on operational and guest data, across its product stack. PAR trades on the NYSE and has grown through acquisitions into a broad foodservice platform, so a PM here works on enterprise-scale software touching real-world restaurant operations rather than a single point product.
