Senior Product Manager (R14156)
OportunThis Senior Product Manager role focuses on lending originations within a public fintech company. You will lead strategy and execution for high-impact products that manage the application, approval, and funding funnel.
What you’d own
- Multi-quarter roadmap for Lending Originations journeys
- Application completion, approval, and conversion metrics
- Cross-functional delivery with Risk, Fraud, and Compliance
- Product experimentation and funnel analysis
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 7+ years of experience in high-growth product environments
- ✓You have deep experience in highly regulated industries like lending or banking
- ✓You are skilled at using data to define hypotheses and measure results
- ✓You can influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a low-ambiguity environment with clearly defined, static priorities
- ✗You prefer working in a silo without heavy cross-functional dependencies
- ✗You are looking for a role with less emphasis on regulatory and risk constraints
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'shifting priorities' and 'scrappy' execution implies a high-pressure environment where you must pivot quickly.
- Heavy emphasis on Risk, Fraud, and Legal partners suggests that product decisions will be heavily scrutinized by non-product stakeholders.
- The requirement to 'influence without direct authority' signals a matrixed organization where consensus-building is the primary way to get things shipped.
