Product Manager, Capitation Adjudication
IQVIA HoldingsThis Product Manager role focuses on the Capitation Adjudication platform within a healthcare payer context. You will bridge the gap between complex managed care operations and technical product delivery.
What you’d own
- Capitation Adjudication platform backlog and enhancements
- Business requirements and functional specifications
- Product roadmap planning and client demonstrations
- Post-release support and operational improvements
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Capitation Adjudication (e.g., EZ-CAP) in a production environment.
- ✓You have deep domain expertise in healthcare payer operations, claims processing, or managed care.
- ✓You are comfortable translating complex operational workflows into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer generalist product management over deep, niche domain-specific subject matter expertise.
- ✗You lack experience in high-compliance healthcare environments like managed care or health plans.
- ✗You are looking for a role without heavy involvement in production support and issue resolution.
Reading between the lines
- The emphasis on 'real-world payer operations' and 'production support' suggests you will be expected to act as a functional expert/consultant, not just a feature owner.
- The mention of supporting 'multiple functional areas' implies a broad scope that may require juggling competing priorities across claims, benefits, and provider admin.
