Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Management, Third Party Vendor Integrations

CVS Health

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on the strategy and execution of third-party vendor integrations within a large healthcare organization. You will manage the integration portfolio and coordinate across multiple internal business units.

What you’d own

  • Third-party vendor integration strategy and rules of the road
  • Integration portfolio inventory and visibility
  • New vendor intake process and cross-functional evaluation
  • Field communications and operational guidance for stakeholders

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product management or business process strategy.
  • You have a background in healthcare, payer systems, or vendor integrations.
  • You excel at translating complex technical/business requirements into clear field-facing communications.
  • You are comfortable navigating and influencing within a matrixed organizational structure.

Not for you if…

  • You prefer building new consumer-facing features over managing backend integration workflows.
  • You prefer a small, flat team where you don't have to navigate complex internal coordination.
  • You want to avoid roles involving heavy cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'field guidance' and 'practical messaging' suggests the role involves significant internal enablement work for sales and operations teams.
  • The requirement to be a 'single point of contact' for production issues implies you will act as a primary escalation point for operational hurdles.
