Location Type: Remote Location: Los Angeles Employment Type: FullTime Department: Engineering ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior, customer-facing product role at a Series A AI platform company serving the financial services industry. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations for enterprise customers, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. The work directly shapes how financial institutions automate complex customer operations at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Scope and lead end-to-end implementation projects that embed the AI platform deeply into customer operations. - Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to define customer objectives, requirements, and operational context for each deployment. - Guide enterprise customers in configuring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to solve their unique operational challenges. - Analyze performance data continuously to track AI effectiveness and drive measurable improvements in resolution rates and customer value. - Serve as the primary technical interface during pre-sales, including running proof-of-concepts and managing technical due diligence. - Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with AI, Engineering, and Sales teams to shape the product roadmap. - Build scalable onboarding and implementation playbooks that set customers up for long-term success. - Manage project risk and governance, ensuring deployments meet compliance, security, and responsible AI standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5 or more years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations. - Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments. - Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from scoping through delivery. - Comfortable using analytical tools and SQL or data warehouses (such as BigQuery) to surface insights and guide decisions. - Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including designing and running POCs and technical due diligence. - Experience managing compliance, security, or risk governance in regulated or enterprise technology deployments. - Strong communicator across technical teams, enterprise customers, and senior leadership. - Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity and creates structure where none exists. - Background in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is a plus. - Familiarity with AI/ML product management, agent-based automation, or responsible AI governance frameworks is a plus.
