Senior Product Manager, Platform
AiwynThis Senior Product Manager role oversees platform capabilities for a high-growth SaaS company, specifically focusing on transforming manual implementation processes into scalable product features.
What you’d own
- Implementation roadmap and self-serve configuration tools
- Data migration and mapping tooling
- Infrastructure and internal productivity tools
- Platform health metrics (time to go-live, escalation volume)
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5-8 years of experience with strong roadmapping and prioritization skills
- ✓You enjoy deep-diving into customer problems to build practical solutions
- ✓You have experience with professional services tooling or complex data migrations
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a stable, unchanging product scope over high ambiguity
- ✗You want to avoid roles involving heavy manual coordination and 'firefighting' during customer go-lives
- ✗You are looking for a purely consumer-facing role rather than internal/platform infrastructure
Reading between the lines
- The phrase 'replace engineer-dependent setup' implies you will be tasked with reducing the engineering team's operational burden.
- The requirement to 'ride along on real go-lives' suggests a high-touch, customer-facing feedback loop is required for success.
- The mention of 'fast-growing scale-up' and 'relentless by design' implies a very high-intensity work environment.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Platform capabilities in two key areas:
Implementations: the systems, tooling, and workflows that take a firm from signed contract to fully live on Aiwyn. Implementation is where trust is won or lost. Every new firm arrives with years of data in legacy systems, its own way of operating, and a limited tolerance for disruption. Today, much of that work depends on engineers and manual steps. Your job is to turn it into a product: faster go-lives, fewer escalations, and a setup experience that scales as we grow.
Beyond implementations, you'll bring product ownership to the rest of the Platform group: the build and cloud infrastructure everything runs on, and the productivity tooling that raises the leverage of every team at Aiwyn.
This is a high-leverage, high impact role that is critical to our success as we scale rapidly. You'll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams. Your work will touch virtually every part of the product, and every customer we serve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the implementation roadmap. Find the steps that consume the most time and create the most risk, and systematically remove them from the critical path.
- Turn manual work into product. Replace engineer-dependent setup with self-serve configuration, data migration and mapping tooling, and admin controls our teams and customers can run themselves.
- Go deep with Implementation Managers and firms. Ride along on real go-lives. Understand where migrations stall, where mapping breaks down, and where expectations diverge from reality.
- Own the platform areas outside integrations. Bring product thinking to Infrastructure and Productivity: reliability, developer experience, and the internal tooling that compounds across engineering, product, and operations.
- Define what good looks like. Establish the metrics for implementation health (time to go-live, escalation volume, manual touchpoints) and hold the roadmap accountable to them.
- Partner cross-functionally to execute. Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship, and with Services, CS, and sales to bring changes to market.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
- 5-to-8 years of product management experience
- Excellent product roadmapping: you can figure out which problems are worth solving, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate your thinking with clarity
- Strong product lifecycle instincts: you go deep on customer problems and create solutions that actually fit
- Execution chops: you know how to ship software, keep teams aligned, and course-correct when things go sideways
- An incredible trajectory: you're becoming a domain expert in everything you touch, and you bring clarity and energy to every room you're in
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Experience with implementation, onboarding, or professional services tooling
- Experience with data migration or complex customer configuration
- Experience owning infrastructure, developer tooling, or other technical product areas
- Startup experience, you're comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace

About Aiwyn
See all roles →Aiwyn is a revenue automation platform built specifically for accounting firms, helping CPA practices streamline client billing, payment collection, and engagement management. It connects to the practice management systems firms already use and automates the invoicing and accounts receivable process that most accounting firms still handle manually. The company is focused squarely on the professional services vertical and has been growing its footprint among mid-size and large regional firms. It's a venture-backed startup operating in a market where outdated workflows create real revenue leakage for its customers.
