Senior Product Manager
WellRightThis Senior Product Manager role focuses on the enterprise B2B SaaS platform for corporate wellness, specifically managing complex features like reporting, analytics, and program configuration tools.
What you’d own
- Client-facing experience from configuration to reporting
- Data-heavy features including dashboards and AI
- Product discovery via market research and user interviews
- Detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for agile teams
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of B2B or B2BC SaaS experience
- ✓You enjoy translating complex business logic into structured plans
- ✓You are skilled at data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
- ✓You can produce high-quality product briefs and training materials
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer simple, UI-only features over complex backend logic
- ✗You prefer a hands-off approach to discovery or research
- ✗You prefer a role without cross-functional collaboration requirements
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'complex business logic' and 'data-heavy features' suggests the product involves significant backend complexity rather than just surface-level UI updates.
- The requirement for 'storytelling skills' across multiple departments implies a need to influence stakeholders who may not be technical.
