Product Manager
CleoThis Senior Product Manager role focuses on enterprise supply chain orchestration. You will own a core product area involving complex logistics workflows and the integration of AI to automate manual processes.
What you’d own
- Supply chain orchestration roadmap and strategy
- Order-to-cash, fulfillment, and shipment execution workflows
- Technical requirements for APIs, EDI transactions, and data models
- AI use cases for exception diagnosis and automation
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
- ✓You possess deep domain expertise in supply chain workflows (e.g., order-to-cash).
- ✓You are technically fluent in APIs, EDI standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
- ✓You have experience shipping AI-enabled features like LLM-based tools or agentic workflows.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a generalist role without deep technical requirements (EDI/APIs).
- ✗You prefer to avoid complex, multi-system integration logic.
- ✗You are looking for a non-individual contributor role with direct reports.
Reading between the lines
- The emphasis on 'separating reusable opportunities from customer-specific customization' suggests you will need to push back on sales requests to maintain product scalability.
- The requirement for 'human-in-the-loop' and 'auditability' in AI indicates a high bar for reliability and safety in the production environment.

Your Qualifications Required 5+ years of product management experience, including significant time owning an enterprise or B2B SaaS product area end to end. Supply chain expertise in workflows such as order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipment execution, or trading partner collaboration, gained in product, consulting, or operations roles.
