Sr. Product Manager - CR Essentials

CentralReach

Senior Product Manager for an enterprise healthcare platform focused on autism and IDD care. You will manage a suite of tools specifically designed for small to startup therapy providers.

What you’d own

  • CR Essentials product strategy and roadmap
  • Revenue cycle management (RCM) and practice management features
  • Translation of clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable solutions
  • Integration and evolution of AI-based product capabilities

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 5+ years of experience in B2B software with a focus on healthcare or workflow-intensive systems.
  • ✓You have specific expertise in claims management, billing, or payer workflows.
  • ✓You are comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces and translating complex requirements into user-friendly experiences.

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer a pure strategy role without hands-on execution of complex initiatives.
  • ✗You prefer to work in a siloed environment rather than collaborating across clinical, billing, and support teams.
  • ✗You are looking for a product that does not involve AI integration or tools.

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'navigating ambiguity' and 'translating complex workflows' suggests the role involves significant discovery work to simplify messy back-end processes.
  • The focus on 'lightweight, user-friendly experience' for a specific segment implies you will need to balance feature depth with UI simplicity.
