Sr. Product Manager

The Mind Company

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on consumer mobile apps within the mental fitness and brain training space. You will own the full product lifecycle for a puzzle-based app to drive retention and revenue.

What you’d own

  • Spark's growth experiments and subscription revenue
  • End-to-end product arc from research to production
  • Working prototypes built with AI tools
  • Team rituals for a remote organization

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have experience shipping consumer mobile apps end-to-end
  • You possess strong product and design taste
  • You understand subscription models and user retention
  • You are comfortable building prototypes with agentic coding tools

Not for you if…

  • You prefer a role without prototyping or technical experimentation
  • You prefer a large team where roles are strictly siloed
  • You are uncomfortable owning results when data is ambiguous

Reading between the lines

  • The requirement to build prototypes with 'agentic coding tools' suggests you will have high autonomy and less oversight from engineering.
  • The mention of 'working outside your role' as a bonus implies a lean team structure where cross-functional contribution is expected.

We also know that diversity of identity, experience, and thought leads to more creativity, better problem-solving, and wiser decisions, which is why we're dedicated to adding new perspectives to our team.
