Senior Product Manager

SupplyHouse.com

This Senior Product Manager role oversees complex, cross-functional customer experience initiatives within a large e-commerce business. You will lead high-impact projects from research to launch while mentoring junior team members.

What you’d own

  • Complex, cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives
  • Conversion optimization (checkout, search, personalization)
  • Product roadmap and commercial outcomes (revenue, margin)
  • AI/ML applications like dynamic pricing and smart search

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 5+ years of experience in a Senior Product role
  • ✓You have 2+ years of specific e-commerce industry experience
  • ✓You are comfortable translating Amplitude analytics into roadmap decisions
  • ✓You enjoy mentoring junior PMs and improving team delivery standards

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer a low-autonomy role with clear, pre-defined tasks
  • ✗You lack experience in data-heavy environments (SQL, BigQuery, A/B testing)
  • ✗You are looking for a 100% remote role without occasional travel to NY

Reading between the lines

  • High level of ambiguity: The mention of 'resolving ambiguous, escalated, and cross-functional challenges' suggests you will be the primary point of contact for friction points between departments.
  • Heavy emphasis on commercial accountability: The requirement to connect roadmaps to financial goals and margins implies a heavy focus on P&L impact rather than just feature shipping.
  • Process leadership: Because you are expected to 'improve delivery standards' and 'run scrum ceremonies,' you will likely be responsible for the operational health of the product team, not just the product itself.
