Salesforce Senior Technical Product Owner
SalesforceThis Senior Product Owner role focuses on the Energy sector within a Solutions Center of Excellence. You will manage technical demo environments and translate industry requirements into actionable engineering backlogs.
What you’d own
- Translating market requirements into prioritized, groomed backlogs
- Managing delivery of high-impact technical initiatives for the Energy sector
- Mapping demo assets to specific industry use cases
- Maintaining and troubleshooting reliable industry demo environments
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Technical Business Analysis.
- ✓You possess deep domain knowledge of the Energy industry.
- ✓You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with Agile/Scrum expertise (CSM or PSM).
- ✓You have technical fluency in GitHub, Pull Requests, and basic code literacy.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer pure product strategy over hands-on technical execution and environment maintenance.
- ✗You prefer a generalist role rather than one deeply tied to the Energy industry vertical.
- ✗You are uncomfortable working in a pre-sales or solution engineering adjacent environment.
Reading between the lines
- The requirement for 'technical fluency' in GitHub and PR reviews suggests you will be working very closely with, or even directly alongside, engineering teams rather than just handing off requirements.
- The focus on 'demo environments' implies the role is less about building end-user products and more about internal tooling and sales enablement infrastructure.
