Missionforce - Senior Product Manager, Agentforce Public Sector
SalesforceSenior Product Manager leading enterprise products for the public sector and defense industries. You will drive the strategy and execution of AI-driven capabilities tailored for government mission readiness.
What you’d own
- Vision, strategy, and roadmap for Missionforce product offerings
- Product/platform architecture for secure government cloud requirements
- New pricing and packaging models focused on customer outcomes
- Go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new features
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of experience in public sector or defense product management
- ✓You possess deep expertise in security, compliance (NIST, RMF), and cloud architecture
- ✓You can translate complex mission needs into technical requirements for AI/ML workflows
- ✓You are comfortable navigating high-stakes, regulated environments with heavy stakeholder management
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a low-regulation environment without strict security and compliance hurdles
- ✗You lack experience in large-scale data integration or government-specific cloud operations
- ✗You are looking for a role with minimal cross-functional coordination across legal, security, and UX teams
Reading between the lines
- The heavy emphasis on 'compliance,' 'security,' and 'regulatory frameworks' implies that product velocity will be gated by rigorous government certification requirements.
- The requirement to 'translate mission needs' into products suggests you will spend significant time acting as a bridge between non-technical government stakeholders and engineering teams.
