Full job description
About Roebling Roebling is building an AI-native engineering solutions company focused on industrial infrastructure. We turn traditional engineering services, from early feasibility studies through FEL-3 project planning, into software-defined solutions, and will progressively increase the capability of our platform and AI agents to support delivery of our solutions. We envision a future where engineering services are delivered through the guiding of outcomes in a next-generation system, instead of through the current manual management of the design processes.
Generative systems will handle the bulk of manual project design tasks, with engineers and designers transitioning away from juggling between spreadsheets, drafting tools, costing engines, and process simulation systems and associated teams to reviewing and selecting generated solutions, tuning input parameters, and optimizing the system level. Our goal is to enable faster and better decision-making and scope definition at a significantly reduced cost for customers through a 10x time reduction in engineering workflows.
