Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own how xCures decides what to build and how it shows the build was worth it. You will lead the product management team across our customer segments. Key Responsibilities: Product strategy. Define and own the multi-year product strategy, and keep it tied to the company\u2019s growth goals Roadmap ownership. Own the product roadmap across our customer segments. Set direction, sequence the work, and carry the trade-offs Decision making.
Drive timely decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs Team leadership. Hire, develop, and lead a team of product managers. Set the performance bar and create a path for people to grow Product operating model. Own and scale the process from discovery through launch, including requirements standards, prioritization, and launch readiness Cross-functional execution. Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ship committed work on committed dates Measurement and outcomes.
Define the success metric for each launch before it ships, and report against it afterward Portfolio lifecycle and expansion. Own the path from early concept to production, and decide what earns continued investment and what retires. Lead expansion into new markets and segments Commercial partnership. Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing so customer problems reach the roadmap with evidence attached. Give Product Marketing what it needs to take a launch to market Qualifications: Required: 15+ years in product management, including 10+ years of experience managing product managers Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent practical experience Deep experience in health technology or clinical data platforms A track record of shipping products that address customers\u2019 pain points Experience in a regulated environment, where HIPAA, PHI handling, traceability, and evidence requirements shape the design Cross-functional influence: you align Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Medical Affairs without formal authority over any of them Bonus Points: Experience in diagnostics, specialty pharmacy, revenue cycle, or prior authorization and utilization management Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production Fluency with generative AI tools inside the product process itself: discovery, requirements, and documentation Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, TEFCA, and NCPDP Familiarity with CMS prior-authorization rulemaking Experience scaling a product organization through rapid revenue growth and market expansions Location xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment, with occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings throughout the year.
