ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define strategy for major product areas and lead initiatives with company-wide impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Define long-term product vision and strategy.

Own complex, high-impact product portfolios.

Identify market opportunities and customer needs.

Establish product priorities and strategic roadmaps.

Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations.

Influence company strategy through product insight.

Mentor senior product managers.

Establish product management standards and frameworks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

8+ years of product management experience.

Proven experience leading complex products or portfolios.

Exceptional strategic thinking.

Strong technical and analytical skills.
