Sr. Product Manager, Partnerships

PetDesk

This Senior Product Manager role oversees the CarePath platform to scale veterinary clinic integrations and partner revenue opportunities. You will lead the strategy for a data-rich B2B2C ecosystem.

What you’d own

  • CarePath product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Data visibility and reporting solutions
  • Campaign requirements framework and business rules
  • Cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data, and UX

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 7+ years of experience in data-rich SaaS or healthcare tech
  • ✓You are skilled at translating complex API and integration requirements for engineering
  • ✓You have experience managing external strategic partners and B2B2C workflows

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer a stable, unchanging roadmap over an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • ✗You prefer to work in a silo rather than coordinating across multiple internal and external teams
  • ✗You are looking for a role with a dedicated research team rather than conducting your own customer discovery

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'coordinating sprint-level dependencies' across five different departments suggests high operational complexity and heavy coordination overhead.
  • The requirement to 'drive resolution on... suppression rules, dosage threshold logic, and journey eligibility' implies a need for deep attention to complex business logic and edge cases.
