Vice President of Product
NetBrainThis Vice President of Product role leads the strategy and execution for an enterprise network automation platform. You will oversee a global team and integrate Agentic AI into complex B2B infrastructure workflows.
What you’d own
- Product vision and differentiation in the network automation landscape
- Agentic AI integration across enterprise systems
- End-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- A globally distributed product organization across North America and Beijing
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have deep experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- ✓You possess a technical background in enterprise networking and infrastructure
- ✓You can speak and write fluently in both English and Mandarin
- ✓You have a strong, opinionated stance on Agentic AI applications
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer working in a localized team without cross-cultural management
- ✗You prefer to focus on product features rather than organizational leadership
- ✗You do not have experience with complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholders
Reading between the lines
- The requirement for Mandarin fluency and a Beijing-based team suggests significant coordination overhead across time zones.
- The emphasis on 'opinionated' and 'decisive' leadership implies the company wants a leader who can set firm direction rather than just facilitating consensus.

Lead a Global Product Organization: Oversee and mentor a distributed product team across the North America and Beijing, driving alignment, collaboration, and high-quality execution. Drive B2B Product Excellence: Build products that address complex enterprise needs, with a deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, stakeholders, and value realization. Customer-Centric Leadership: Translate customer insights into scalable, intuitive solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product delivery. Market Insight Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, enterprise networking trends, and emerging AI capabilities. What You Bring B2B Product Leadership: Proven experience leading product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. Enterprise Networking Expertise: Strong background in enterprise computer networking (e.g., network operations, infrastructure, observability, or automation).
AI Thought Leadership: A forward-thinking and well-formed point of view on applying AI—particularly Agentic AI—to enterprise systems and workflows. Global Leadership Capability: Experience leading distributed teams across geographies, with the ability to align teams across cultures and time zones. Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. Strategic Conceptual Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear product direction and long-term vision.
Opinionated Decisive: Brings strong product instincts and is confident forming and defending strategic perspectives. Intuitive Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying non-obvious solutions to complex challenges. Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer. Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.
