Product Manager, Intake & Enrollment

Mom's Meals

This Product Manager role focuses on the early stages of the customer journey within a healthcare services context. You will manage the intake and enrollment systems to streamline operations and improve conversion.

What you’d own

  • Referral management, eligibility, and intake capabilities
  • Salesforce-based workflows and automation
  • Top-of-funnel customer experience journeys
  • Operational data analysis for performance metrics

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 4-6 years of product management experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • You have deep experience with Salesforce CRM and complex workflow automation.
  • You enjoy solving operational friction and improving internal business processes.

Not for you if…

  • You prefer pure consumer-facing features over back-end operational workflows.
  • You prefer a role without heavy requirements for specific platform knowledge (Salesforce).
  • You are looking for a role with no internal stakeholder management or cross-functional coordination.

Reading between the lines

  • The focus on 'referral,' 'eligibility,' and 'Medicaid' suggests a highly regulated environment where compliance is as important as UX.
  • Emphasis on 'reducing friction' for case managers and coordinators implies the primary users are internal employees rather than just end-customers.
  • Mention of 'AI-enabled tools' suggests an openness to using automation to solve manual data entry or processing bottlenecks.

About Mom's Meals

See all roles →

Mom's Meals delivers medically tailored, refrigerated meals to people's homes, mostly on behalf of health plans, Medicaid and Medicare programs, and state agencies that cover nutrition for members managing chronic conditions or recovering from a hospital stay. Operating as PurFoods, the company runs its own kitchens, fulfillment centers, and delivery fleet across the US rather than handing the last mile to a courier. That makes it an unusual mix of healthcare payer relationships and real physical operations, with production, routing, and customer care all in-house. The team talks about the work in family terms, and for many clients the route driver is one of the few people they see all week.
