Product Manager (BlessedApps)

Gismart

This Product Manager role focuses on growth for a mobile app portfolio within the health and wellness space. You will drive user acquisition and retention through heavy experimentation and data analysis.

What you’d own

  • Registration and onboarding funnels
  • A/B testing to boost conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Product analytics dashboards in Amplitude
  • Market research to identify new growth vectors

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 1.5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing.
  • You are highly proficient in A/B testing and unit economics.
  • You prefer a data-driven role using tools like Amplitude.
  • You enjoy proactive, self-directed work without waiting for tasks.

Not for you if…

  • You prefer long-term roadmap planning over rapid experimentation cycles.
  • You prefer to have a dedicated designer/analyst handle all data visualization.
  • You prefer a slow-paced environment with clearly defined, assigned tasks.

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'unit economics' and 'performance marketing' suggests a high focus on ROI-driven growth rather than just feature building.
  • The requirement to explain complex metrics to a '5-year-old' implies the role requires translating technical data into clear business impact for stakeholders.

Gismart is a mobile app developer behind consumer products in health, wellness, utilities, and music, with more than a billion downloads and over 30 million monthly active users across the App Store and Google Play. Its apps aim to help people build sustainable healthy habits through simple, interactive tools, and the business runs on app revenue rather than heavy outside investment. It is a remote-first company of roughly 250 to 300 people, with public holidays and hubs tied to the Ukrainian and Polish calendars and staff spread across several continents. For a PM, the appeal is consumer scale and a portfolio of apps rather than a single flagship product, in a culture that emphasizes ownership and shipping.
