We are looking for a Product Manager to join our RMS (Records Management System) team. In this role, you will own and evolve critical product areas that power day-to-day operations for public safety agencies. You will take real ownership over one to two modules, driving execution from idea through launch and iteration. This is a highly execution-focused role where you will work closely with a dedicated engineering team and partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and services. You will play a key role in launching new capabilities, including incorporating AI into core workflows, while ensuring our products remain intuitive, performant, and responsive on the web. Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution Experience working closely with engineering teams, ideally in a one team model Comfort partnering with sales, services, and go-to-market teams to support launches and adoption Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders effectively Experience building workflow-heavy or operational products; public safety experience is a plus Interest in applying AI to real-world product workflows A data-informed mindset with the ability to make thoughtful, driven decisions People who thrive on our team also tend to share the following characteristics: Humble, open, and curious. You seek out different perspectives and use them to build better products that serve a diverse set of users. Communicative and collaborative. You proactively engage with customers, stakeholders, and teammates, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. Capable and driven. You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and push work forward even when faced with ambiguity. Comfortable with complexity. You can navigate intricate workflows and translate them into clear, usable product experiences. Location Our team is distributed across the United States, with offices in New York, Boston, and Manchester, UK. We are a remote-friendly company and support candidates working from approved states. Compensation We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that.
