Product Manager

Most PMs would file three tickets and move on. You see the pattern, write it up as a one-pager that reframes the problem, and by the time the roadmap review hits you've already lined up Engineering and Data Science on what a cleaner answer looks like. Nobody asked you to connect those dots. That's the job. You're a driver. You've shipped products real external customers use — not just internal tools. You write specs Engineering doesn't need to clarify. You sit with the people actually using the product. You anchor decisions in what's true for the customer, not what's easiest to build. Claude and ChatGPT are open while you do it — multipliers on judgment that's your own, not substitutes for it. Fixify is a Series A startup building an AI-native IT automation platform — we pair AI with human IT analysts to handle the work that used to bury IT teams. We have customers, revenue, and a clear point of view on how humans and AI work together. The product is growing, and we need a PM who can move across product areas, drive what needs driving, and own the cross-product practices that keep the team predictable. This role is dual-mandate by design. You'll drive specific roadmap projects across whichever areas need you most, and you'll own the connective tissue — feedback loops from Sales, CS, and our internal Operations team; Linear and roadmap hygiene; release readiness; and the customer-facing docs, FAQs, and release notes that ship with every release. You'll report to the VP of Product. Senior PMs own product areas; you rotate across them on the projects most in flight. A real shipping track record on products real external customers use — you've personally owned discovery, requirements, delivery, or launch Customer-anchored judgment — you know the difference between what Engineering can build and what will actually solve the problem, and you push for the latter Working knowledge of AI tools for product work — discovery synthesis, requirements, customer docs, prototyping Working knowledge of product analytics in Hex, Claude, or ChatGPT — you don't wait on the data team Specs Engineering and Data Science can build from without ambiguity B2B SaaS preferred; IT ops, ITSM, security ops, or adjacent enterprise IT is a plus Clear communication, steady judgment under ambiguity, and the gumption to keep things moving without being asked
