But we are more than just an empowering platform powered by advanced technologies. We are a collaboration of exceptional, highly skilled people with multi-disciplinary expertise, and are building our team to support our ambitious growth plans. Cayuse’s foundational strength comes from our customer and employee focused values and commitment to industry-leading solutions. It’s an exciting time to become a key member of our growing team. At Cayuse, we power the research lifecycle. Our cloud-based platform supports universities, hospitals, government agencies, and research institutions in their pursuit of scientific advancement. With over two decades of domain expertise, we’re on a mission to accelerate research, ensure compliance, and reduce administrative burden—so our customers can focus on making discoveries that improve lives. Joining Cayuse means becoming part of a company that is transforming how research is managed globally. This is a unique opportunity to shape the products that directly impact researchers, grant administrators, and institutions solving some of the world’s toughest challenges. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and scale our compliance portfolio. This person will own the roadmap for a critical area of our platform, driving both near-term execution and long-term strategic direction. You'll work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and support — serving as the connective tissue between internal teams and external stakeholders. Success in this role means delivering a compliance experience that is integrated, scalable, and valuable to the institutions we serve. Responsibilities Own and execute the roadmap for the compliance portfolio, balancing customer needs, platform investments, and strategic objectives. Partner with engineering across distributed teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Design integrated experiences that span compliance and adjacent product areas, ensuring researchers and administrators get a cohesive end-to-end workflow. Lead customer discovery and stakeholder research to validate assumptions and surface insights. Use a data-driven approach to prioritize, define success metrics, and measure outcomes. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market readiness and ongoing product alignment. Take full ownership of your product area — from strategy through delivery, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management. Help shape and evolve the overall product strategy in alignment with company goals. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B product management experience. Enterprise SaaS is a must-have. Platform migration experience is required. You've successfully moved customers from one product to another, consolidated multiple products into a unified platform, or led a significant platform modernization effort. You understand the customer, commercial, and technical dynamics of this work. Working fluency with AI tools. You use AI to accelerate your own work: discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, data exploration and you have a point of view on where AI belongs in the product itself, from workflow automation to user-facing intelligence. Skilled at working within Agile environments across distributed teams. Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, marketing, and support. Highly curious and analytical, with a strong ability to translate user and business needs into actionable solutions. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and driving projects forward. Strong communication and facilitation skills. You can lead a customer call or a team sprint review with equal confidence. Nice to Have Experience driving product-led or product-influenced growth, including expansion within existing accounts, adoption metrics, and packaging decisions.
