What you’d own

  • Multi-year roadmap for next-generation vehicle platforms
  • Product vision for city compliance and safety features
  • Fleet efficiency goals including battery and connectivity
  • Management of a team of product leaders

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have extensive experience managing and scaling product management teams.
  • ✓You have a track record with integrated hardware and software products.
  • ✓You are comfortable presenting technical solutions to government officials.
  • ✓You can perform deep-dive financial analysis for investment decisions.

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer pure software roles without hardware/IoT complexity.
  • ✗You prefer a hands-off leadership style (requires active project inspection).
  • ✗You are uncomfortable with high-stakes public speaking or government relations.

Reading between the lines

  • The requirement to 'go deep' on programs weekly and 'inspect projects' suggests a high level of accountability for execution, not just high-level strategy.
  • The focus on 'RFP process' and 'government officials' implies the role involves significant political navigation and public-facing advocacy.
