Associate Director, Product (Data)
IntusCareThis Director of Data Product Management role focuses on leading the development of a self-service data warehousing and reporting platform within a healthcare technology ecosystem.
What you’d own
- DataHub self-service data warehousing and reporting product
- Product discovery, PRD writing, and build vs. buy assessments
- Monthly and quarterly roadmapping for pods and the broader product
- Management and career development of direct reports
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 6-8 years of experience including at least one year of people management
- ✓You possess a strong technical background in data modeling, SQL, and analytics tools
- ✓You are comfortable handling client escalations and navigating ambiguous problem spaces
- ✓You have experience with healthcare datasets like claims or electronic health records
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a hands-off technical environment (requires using AI to investigate codebase)
- ✗You prefer high levels of oversight (role requires minimal manager support for roadmapping and escalations)
- ✗You prefer a pure product role without people management responsibilities
Reading between the lines
- The requirement to 'leverage AI to investigate the codebase' suggests a lean engineering structure where PMs must be highly self-sufficient technically.
- The emphasis on 'minimal oversight' across roadmapping, escalations, and team leadership implies a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for the product's success.
