Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of experience in technology implementations or product management.

- ✓You possess strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate presentations and negotiations.
- ✓You hold or are willing to work within a SAFe or similar Agile framework.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a pure product discovery role without heavy emphasis on requirements documentation and process flows.
- ✗You prefer a fast-moving startup environment over a structured, large-scale corporate healthcare environment.
- ✗You are looking for a role with minimal stakeholder negotiation or coordination.
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'Run the Business' as a backlog category suggests significant time will be spent on maintenance and operational stability rather than just new features.
- The requirement to find solutions 'absent from all ideal tools and resources' implies a high degree of ambiguity or legacy system constraints.
