Senior Product Manager

Humana

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on post-acute and home-based healthcare services. You will lead product discovery and strategy to improve care delivery for members, providers, and health plan partners.

What you’d own

  • End-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimization
  • Business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and build/buy evaluations
  • Scalable solutions for skilled nursing and home health services
  • Cross-functional alignment across business, operations, and technology

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare tech or operations
  • ✓You excel at translating complex business needs into scalable products
  • ✓You are skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • ✓You have a background in post-acute care or home health models

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer pure technical product management without heavy operational focus
  • ✗You prefer fast-moving, low-regulation environments over healthcare compliance
  • ✗You prefer working without significant stakeholder management and alignment tasks

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'build, buy, and partner' evaluations suggests a high degree of strategic decision-making regarding third-party integrations.
  • The focus on 'operational performance' and 'business processes' implies the role is as much about internal workflow optimization as it is about external-facing features.
