Senior Product Manager

Humana

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on enterprise technology and clinical care management systems within a large healthcare organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational reliability and system integrations.

What you’d own

  • Clinical care management and business operations enhancements
  • Cross-platform integrations (telephony, data systems, enterprise architecture)
  • Product adoption documentation and testing validation
  • Roadmap prioritization and implementation plans

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 5+ years of product management experience or deep clinical systems expertise
  • ✓You are skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to executive and business audiences
  • ✓You have experience leading large-scale initiatives involving 10 to 100+ stakeholders
  • ✓You are comfortable working within Agile frameworks using Jira Align or Azure DevOps

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer a hands-off approach to stakeholder management, as this requires heavy coordination across multiple workstreams
  • ✗You want a purely creative product role, as this is heavily focused on operational reliability and system configuration
  • ✗You are looking for a 100% remote role without any travel, as up to 25% annual travel is required

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'operational reliability' and 'issue resolution' suggests a significant portion of the role involves maintaining and fixing existing systems rather than just building new features.
  • The requirement for 'PI planning events' and specific tool experience implies a highly structured, corporate Agile environment.
