Senior Product Manager

Level Access

This Senior Product Manager role oversees a core product domain within an enterprise accessibility platform, focusing on AI-powered product discovery and multi-squad delivery.

What you’d own

  • Product strategy for digital accessibility in production environments
  • AI-enabled product discovery and delivery workflows
  • Multi-squad execution and cross-team coordination
  • Data-driven success metrics and experimentation

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 5+ years of experience managing complex platform or SaaS products
  • ✓You are comfortable driving alignment across disciplines without direct authority
  • ✓You have technical fluency in web technologies and system architecture
  • ✓You have experience shipping AI-enabled or data-driven features

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer working on a single, isolated feature rather than multi-squad initiatives
  • ✗You prefer a highly structured environment with clear, pre-defined tasks
  • ✗You lack experience in enterprise software or for technically sophisticated users

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'multi-quarter roadmaps' and 'investment trade-offs' suggests high autonomy over long-term strategy.
  • The requirement to 'mentor and influence other PMs' implies a leadership role in shaping team standards, not just shipping features.
  • The mention of 'high-rigor experimentation' suggests a data-heavy culture where decisions must be backed by specific metrics.
