Technical Product Manager
eLENDThis is a senior-level technical product role focused on enterprise-wide transformation and modernization within the fintech space. You will act as a strategic connector between executive leadership, engineering, and operations.
What you’d own
- Enterprise-wide strategic programs across Product, Tech, and Data
- Documentation-as-Code standards using Markdown and Mermaid
- AI-driven modernization and automation initiatives
- Vendor platform evaluations and enterprise integrations
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 8+ years of experience in technical product or enterprise program management
- ✓You excel at translating complex business needs into technical requirements and architecture diagrams
- ✓You are comfortable navigating high-level stakeholder management and organizational change
- ✓You have a strong background in systems thinking and API/integration architecture
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer building standalone consumer features over internal enterprise infrastructure
- ✗You prefer a hands-off approach to documentation and process governance
- ✗You are looking for a role with low ambiguity regarding organizational structure
Reading between the lines
- The heavy emphasis on 'Documentation-as-Code' and 'Architecture Decision Records' suggests the company is currently struggling with visibility or technical debt in their internal processes.
- The requirement to 'Facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders' implies you will spend significant time in high-stakes negotiation and conflict resolution between departments.
- The focus on 'organizational planning, governance, and execution' suggests this is a heavy operational/program management role disguised as Product Management.

About eLEND
See all roles →eLEND is an independent, nationwide mortgage lender that serves both homebuyers directly and the brokers, correspondents, and financial institutions it works with through its wholesale TPO channel. Operating since 1997, it handles the full lifecycle from loan origination to servicing across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and correspondent lines, with specialties like down payment assistance, manufactured-housing loans, and renovation lending. What distinguishes it is heavy investment in proprietary, cloud-native technology built in-house, including a TPO loan-management portal, a borrower portal, and a custom digital application that brokers can rebrand as their own. The company went fully remote in 2020, was acquired by Lynx IMB Holdings in 2024, and rebranded from American Financial Resources to eLEND in 2025, making it an interesting fit for PMs who want to modernize lending workflows in a regulated industry.
