What Success Looks Like Pragmatically executing on strategic initiatives Collaborating cross-functionally to plan, design, and execute on strategic priorities Creating a technical roadmap and resource plan Growing the team with a high hiring bar, and onboarding new team members Growing people through formal and informal feedback and career growth plans Building a strong team culture Contributing to business strategy with an engineering perspective Implementing processes and technologies that optimize velocity, including AI tools What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field 5+ years of managing managers experience 10+ years of engineering leadership, including building large-scale customer-facing products Technical depth in service-oriented architecture, web client frameworks, data pipelines, and AI/ML Experience building products using AI/ML Preferred Experience Experience with 3D rendering - especially in a web client Domain experience/knowledge in construction Experience building software in an operations-focused business Additional Information Doxel is an equal opportunity employer and actively seeks diversity at our company.
