Location Type: Remote Location: Remote US Employment Type: FullTime Department: Product About CertifyOS CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare. Today, healthcare organizations rely on fragmented and outdated provider data. This creates unnecessary administrative work, regulatory risk, and higher costs across the system. We’re solving that problem. Our API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. We help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale. Our vision is simple: One API. One provider ID. Frictionless provider data. We’re backed by leading investors and built by a team with deep experience in provider data systems. At CertifyOS, we value authenticity, accountability, collaboration, results, and openness to feedback. We’re building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients. About the Role We are hiring a Director of Product Management to be accountable for Certify’s Applications portfolio: the customer-facing product suite built on top of our core platform, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. This portfolio represents the majority of company revenue today and is central to how customers experience the value of Certify. This role is therefore both highly strategic and highly execution-oriented. You will be accountable for shaping the direction of our core applications business, improving the quality and pace of product execution across the portfolio, and helping identify where new product investments can unlock future growth. In addition to leading products across our existing applications, this role will lead our Applied AI investments and help define how Certify uses AI and agentic systems to improve customer workflows, modernize internal operations, and create differentiated product experiences. That includes enhancing existing operational flows such as credentialing, as well as exploring a broader agent-first approach to product and go-to-market over time. This is an ideal role for a product leader who wants meaningful business responsibility, close partnership with engineering and operations, and the opportunity to help define how modern AI changes the way complex enterprise software is built and delivered. What You’ll Be Accountable For Strategy and Execution the Fuel Business Success - You thrive not only on building products, but businesses - Lead trade offs in investment that lead to accelerating revenue and delighted, profitable customers - Be accountable for product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Certify’s Applications portfolio, including Applied AI, Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. - Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into high-quality execution. Chart the path for Certify’s Application Portfolio - Be accountable for the success of our Credentialing, Monitoring and Provider facing applications - Develop our next generation of application offerings in partnership with sales and business development - Prepare for our agentic future – embedding powerful applied AI solutions throughout our portfolio to ensure increased productivity and accuracy for Certify and our client. - Ensure that Certify is well prepared for agent-first go to market approaches - Raise the organization’s fluency and execution in an AI-first world. Team and Organizational Leadership - Lead and develop product managers across the applications domain. - Keep our product approach at the forefront as the world changes rapidly. Product management doesn’t look the same as it did a year ago, and will look different again in another year. - Create leverage through clarity, judgment, prioritization, and strong operating cadence. - Raise the bar for product thinking, product communication, and cross-functional execution. - Coach PMs to operate effectively in both structured roadmap work and more ambiguous 0→1 problem spaces. - Help build a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer empathy, and high standards. What We’re Looking For - You’re widely respected for the clarity you bring to complex situations - The teams you’ve built and people you’ve mentored have gone on to do incredible things - You’re constantly curious, experimental and learn voraciously from people around you and translate that learning into excellent execution - The people you’ve worked with 5, 10, 15 years ago still call you for advice and friendship. You do the same with them - You’re an exceptional product thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and able to help teams execute efficiently - You’ve seen growth stage start-ups, and learned from larger scale and earlier stage companies - You know how to lay the train tracks – creating systems that help teams scale, and can rethink what this means in an AI-first world - Health tech experience, and particularly fluency in provider data, Credentialing is a plus, but a strong B2B SaaS background can work too - 10+ years of Product Management and 5+ years of leading product teams or founder experience scaling and leading teams has honed your skills in leading senior and accomplished product managers Benefits of Working at Certify At Certify, we’re building with intention and taking care of the people doing the work. CertifyOS (now branded Certify) builds API-first provider data infrastructure for health plans and digital health companies — automating licensing, credentialing, enrollment, and ongoing network monitoring against hundreds of primary sources. The founding team came out of Oscar Health, so the product is built by health-plan operators trying to replace the manual back-office work that bogs down payor networks. The company raised a $40M Series B in 2025 led by Transformation Capital with General Catalyst, bringing total funding to $69M, and serves 75+ partners across 15M+ licenses. The team is fully remote across Canada to the Philippines, with flexible PTO and generous parental leave.
