Product Management Trainee - Bilingual Mandarin Required

CWILL

This Associate Product Manager trainee role is for a junior professional to learn the full product lifecycle within an ecommerce post-purchase and retention suite.

What you’d own

  • Requirement documents, user flows, and wireframes
  • Tracking features from discovery through launch
  • User interviews and competitive analysis
  • Product data monitoring and iteration

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • Recent graduate with a technical or business degree
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong interest in SaaS and internet products
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured conclusions

Not for you if…

  • You prefer working independently without heavy mentorship
  • You want a role with clearly defined, static tasks rather than evolving responsibilities
  • You are looking for an established PM role rather than a trainee program

Reading between the lines

  • The 'trainee' designation and 'under PM guidance' phrasing imply a heavy emphasis on mentorship and structured learning over immediate autonomy.
  • The requirement to 'proactively track project progress and flag issues early' suggests a high-accountability environment where you are expected to manage up.
