Senior Product Manager, Caremark Member Advocacy

CVS Health

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on the Caremark advocacy portfolio within a large healthcare organization. You will lead the expansion of Pharmacy Navigator, a proactive outreach tool designed to reduce friction for pharmacy benefit members.

What you’d own

  • Pharmacy Navigator feature development and expansion
  • Client and internal reporting measurement frameworks
  • Cross-functional discovery and solutioning for new capabilities
  • New client onboarding activities and implementation

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have experience in healthcare, specifically pharmacy benefit management or insurance.
  • ✓You excel at navigating and influencing within a large, matrixed organization.
  • ✓You have a background in B2B2C products or proactive customer outreach tools.
  • ✓You are skilled at translating complex business requirements into technical epics and stories.

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer small, nimble teams without the complexity of matrixed corporate structures.
  • ✗You prefer building brand-new products from scratch rather than expanding existing ones.
  • ✗You prefer a role focused solely on consumer UX rather than B2B reporting and internal operations.

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'proactive outreach' and 'friction points' suggests the product is designed to intercept users before they reach out for support.
  • The requirement to 'leverage existing technologies across the organization' implies a need to navigate internal legacy systems and technical debt.
