Manager Digital Product Messaging
CVS HealthThis Product Manager role focuses on the MarTech infrastructure powering customer engagement. You will manage the technical systems and governance for enterprise-wide messaging across a large healthcare organization.
What you’d own
- Email, SMS, Push, and RCS capabilities
- Roadmaps, user stories, and Agile backlogs
- MarTech platform implementation and optimization
- Consent and preference management systems
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years in Technical Product Management or MarTech
- ✓You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- ✓You can translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- ✓You are comfortable working in regulated industries like healthcare
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer pure product discovery over platform administration and governance
- ✗You want to avoid heavy cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Architecture
- ✗You prefer a small, nimble startup environment over a large enterprise structure
Reading between the lines
- The requirement for 'governance' and 'compliance' in healthcare suggests a highly regulated environment where speed may be secondary to accuracy.
- The specific list of technical skills (HTML, SQL, AMPscript) implies you will need to be hands-on with the platform's technical limitations.
