Lead Director Digital Product - Chronic Condition Management

CVS Health

This Director role focuses on the enterprise technology strategy for chronic condition management within a large healthcare organization. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to build clinical pathways that improve patient outcomes and reduce medical costs.

What you’d own

  • End-to-end product roadmap and backlog management
  • Integration of external data sources into Epic workflows
  • Translation of clinical vision into technical requirements
  • Management of a multidisciplinary team of PMs, engineers, and designers

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations and product management.
  • ✓You possess deep expertise in Epic EHR workflows and configurations.
  • ✓You have a background in Value-Based Care (VBC) or retail health models.
  • ✓You can translate complex clinical requirements into structured technical problems.

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer generalist product management without deep healthcare domain knowledge.
  • ✗You are looking for a role without heavy integration with legacy EHR systems.
  • ✗You prefer working in small, agile teams without large-scale enterprise coordination.

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'translators' and 'high-pressure execution cycles' suggests a need to bridge the gap between non-technical clinical stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
  • The requirement for both VBC and FFS knowledge implies you will navigate complex, differing financial models for different patient segments.
