Coverbase is an agentic AI platform for third-party risk, security, and procurement. Instead of having analysts chase vendors through questionnaires and email, it pulls evidence directly from vendors and validates it against a customer's own controls, spanning six stages of the vendor lifecycle: intake, zero-touch assessments, a risk assessment copilot, continuous monitoring, inspection, and contract management. It targets risk-aware industries like finance, insurance, fintech, and healthcare, with customers including Nationwide, Coinbase, Okta, and Navy Federal. Founded in 2023 in San Francisco by a team from Google, Stripe, Waymo, and Unit21, it's an early-stage, AI-first startup where a PM would help shape agentic workflows that compound as the system learns a team's risk logic.
