ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior, customer-facing role at a fast-growing AI platform company serving the financial services industry. You will own the end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations for enterprise customers, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. The work directly shapes how financial institutions automate complex customer operations at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Scope and lead end-to-end implementation projects that embed the AI platform deeply into customer operations and drive measurable outcomes.

Conduct discovery sessions to define customer objectives, requirements, and the operational landscape needed for a successful deployment.

Guide customers in configuring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to address their unique operational challenges and maximize resolution rates.

Analyze performance data continuously to track AI effectiveness, surface insights, and drive improvement.

Serve as the primary technical interface during pre-sales, supporting proof-of-concepts, due diligence, and a smooth transition to implementation.

Collaborate with internal AI, engineering, and sales teams as the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap.

Build scalable, repeatable onboarding and implementation processes that set customers up for long-term success.

Manage project risks and governance related to AI deployment, ensuring compliance, security, and responsible AI standards are met.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5 or more years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.

Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments.

Proven track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end from scoping through delivery.

Comfortable using analytical tools and SQL or data warehouses (such as BigQuery) to analyze performance metrics and guide decisions.

Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including designing and running POCs and technical due diligence.

Familiarity with compliance, security, or risk governance requirements in enterprise or regulated technology deployments.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to devise pragmatic solutions that balance customer goals with technical feasibility.

Experience with AI or ML product management, agent-based automation, or intelligent workflow design is a plus.

Background in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
