Senior Director, Product Finance
CircleThis Director role serves as the strategic finance partner to the product organization within a fintech firm. You will bridge the gap between product strategy and financial modeling to guide investment decisions.
What you’d own
- Financial evaluation of new product lines from concept to post-launch
- Unit-economics models, pricing frameworks, and revenue projections
- Annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range modeling
- Executive reporting and variance analysis for the product portfolio
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 13+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- ✓You can translate complex financial data into narratives for non-financial audiences.
- ✓You are comfortable building your own models while presenting to the C-suite.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a pure product management role without heavy financial modeling requirements.
- ✗You prefer a specialized, siloed role rather than an embedded partnership role.
- ✗You are looking for a role that does not involve M&A diligence or market entry analysis.
Reading between the lines
- The 'roll-up-your-sleeves' requirement suggests the Product Finance function is still being built and requires hands-on modeling, not just high-level oversight.
- The focus on 0 to 1 products and new market entries implies a need for comfort with ambiguity and early-stage product development.

About Circle
See all roles →Circle operates the infrastructure behind USDC and EURC, regulated, fully reserved stablecoins used for payments, currency access, and institutional trading around the world. Its platform gives developers wallets, cross-chain transfer protocols, and APIs to move digital dollars, and it is now extending those primitives toward agent-driven transactions in what it calls the agentic economy. Customers include Stripe, Nubank, Coinbase, MoneyGram, and Standard Chartered. Circle takes a regulation-first approach, holding money transmitter and e-money licenses across the US, EU, UK, Singapore, and other markets, and it went public on the NYSE in 2025. For a product manager, the draw is building financial rails at internet scale under real regulatory constraints.
