In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with customers during onboarding and implementation to make sure our solutions deliver measurable value, fast. WHAT YOU’LL DO 🤝 Partner with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, pain points, and opportunities that guide product direction. 🧠 Transform insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a thoughtfully prioritized backlog. 👩‍💻 Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features that boost adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success. 📊 Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure impact and inform iteration. ⚖️ Balance near-term implementation needs with scalable, strategic solutions that serve the broader market.
