A fit if you…

✓You are comfortable in externally facing roles and managing commercial expectations
✓You can translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into concrete action plans
✓You have a high bias for action and can navigate complex organizational dynamics
Not for you if…
✗You prefer working in a vacuum without needing to manage heavy stakeholder dynamics
✗You prefer clear, pre-defined requirements over ambiguous inputs
✗You are looking for a purely internal-facing product role without commercial/partner interaction
Reading between the lines
The emphasis on 'navigating organizational dynamics' and 'conflicting inputs' suggests a complex, matrixed environment with many competing priorities.
The focus on 'durable capabilities' rather than one-off fixes implies a need to prioritize scalable systems over quick, tactical wins.

At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. Consumers across the globe need safe, transparent financing while merchants want to provide users with their preferred way to pay and convert more buyers. To help achieve this vision, we are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team. Affirm's Distribution Partnerships program - internally called " 1:Many " - is one of the highest-leverage growth levers at the company. Instead of integrating merchant by merchant, we integrate once into a platform merchants already use, and every merchant on that platform becomes reachable through that single integration. This role is responsible for: Own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio - making it easier and more frictionless for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method to their customers. This includes taking product ownership of Affirm's existing vertical software partnerships, and growing the broader portfolio of platform partners still being stood up. Partner Acceleration Strategy - building the durable capabilities that make every future partner integration faster to launch and easier to scale, rather than solving the same problem one partner at a time. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow integrations with platform partners. Effective stakeholder management and ability to successfully navigate organizational dynamics are a must for success. You should be outcomes-driven with a very high bias for action.
