Location Portugal | Compensation package €50,000 - €75,000 base + Bonus + Share Options + Benefits | Ways of working remote with quarterly visits to our London office About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join Growth at Zego. Growth is how more good drivers find us, choose us and stay with us, and it is one of the biggest levers on our commercial performance. You’ll own a growth domain, defining its quarterly strategy and goals and helping shape the longer-term growth strategy. You’ll find the levers that matter most and run a high-velocity programme of experiments to pull them - aiming for growth that is profitable, not just big. What You’ll Be Doing - Define your domain’s quarterly strategy and goals, and help refine the longer-term growth strategy. - Find the biggest growth levers, diagnosing where customers drop off, hesitate or leave, and sizing each opportunity. - Run a high-velocity experimentation engine, with a prioritised backlog of tests and guardrails on customer sentiment and risk quality. - Design journeys and loops that compound, from first touch to purchase, renewal and referral. - Shape the commercial levers with Pricing and Marketing, from propositions and packaging to channel strategy. - Drive profitable growth, with business cases and domain metrics grounded in unit economics, not just volume. - Establish AI-enabled workflows for your domain, from generating test variants to automated funnel analysis. - Bring stakeholders along, running ceremonies with senior stakeholders, facilitating big-room planning and knowing when to escalate. What You’ll Need to Be Successful - Growth product ownership. A track record of leading consumer growth - acquisition, conversion, retention or monetisation - in a high-growth environment. - Experimentation at velocity. Hands-on experience running high-volume A/B testing programmes, with a solid grasp of experiment design and statistics. - Funnel expertise. You know how to diagnose a funnel, prioritise the biggest drop-offs and fix them end to end. - Data and commercial fluency. Comfortable in Amplitude, Looker or Snowflake, and you know the difference between growth and profitable growth. - Technical literacy. Confident with engineers on architecture, APIs and service design. Ideally, you come from engineering or data science. - Regulated environment. Ideally, experience in insurance, fintech or other regulated consumer products. - You work AI-first. You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily. You do not need to arrive an expert, but you do need to arrive curious, experiment fast, and take ownership of getting good quickly. People who wait to be trained will find this uncomfortable.
