Technical Product Manager
WellinksThis mid-level Product Manager role focuses on a healthcare platform. You will bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical execution to improve clinician efficiency and system scalability.
What you’d own
- Product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Roadmap and backlog for integrations and automation
- Data-driven KPIs to measure platform improvements
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of experience in technical product management or engineering.
- ✓You can translate complex clinical workflows into clear technical requirements.
- ✓You are comfortable discussing APIs, databases, and software architecture with engineers.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer high-level strategy over digging into technical details like integrations or data schemas.
- ✗You prefer a purely creative role without the need to coordinate complex cross-functional launches.
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'translating complex business and clinical workflows' suggests you will spend significant time mediating between non-technical stakeholders and engineering.
- Focus on 'automation' and 'scalability' implies a heavy emphasis on backend systems rather than just front-end UI features.

About Wellinks
See all roles →Wellinks provides virtual pulmonary rehabilitation and care management for people with COPD and other cardiopulmonary conditions. It contracts with health plans and providers, who enroll eligible patients into a program of one-on-one clinical coaching, at-home monitoring through its Spire system, and 24/7 nurse triage. The company says fewer than 4% of eligible COPD patients get pulmonary rehab today, which is the gap it targets. In August 2026 it announced a $10 million Series B from UMass Memorial Health and Inside Investors. For a PM, it is a small, clinically driven team where payer and provider needs shape the product.
